Acceptable Use Policy

1. PURPOSE

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every Nextdio website, app, and related service, including AI photo, visual editing, design, music, and other generation features. It is part of our Terms of Service.

2. NSFW AND ADULT CONTENT IS PROHIBITED

You may not use the Services to create, upload, request, generate, enhance, share, or distribute NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content. This includes AI-generated sexual content, sexually suggestive imagery, pornography, fetish content, and any attempt to bypass filters to produce that material.

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

  • Generate or request NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit images, video, audio, or text.
  • Upload nude, pornographic, or sexually explicit photos for editing, try-on, or transformation.
  • Create non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or sexualized images of any real person.
  • Create, request, or upload any sexual content involving minors. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
  • Advertise the Services as uncensored, unfiltered, or suitable for adult content generation.

3. OTHER HARMFUL USES

You also may not use the Services to:

  • Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activity.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person.
  • Upload photos of other people without their permission.
  • Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

4. ENFORCEMENT

We may refuse, block, or remove any request or output that violates this policy, and we may suspend or terminate accounts. If you see a violation, email [email protected].
